Dick founded BXB Business Brokers to help owner-operated businesses approach the sale process with greater clarity, preparation, and confidence. Over the course of his career, he has owned and operated businesses in industries ranging from specialty chemicals, automotive services, and mining to commercial interior construction, signage, trucking, SaaS, and other internet-based ventures.<\/p>

His background includes both small owner-operated businesses and larger multi-state operations. Most notably, he co-founded a national trucking company that grew from 1 truck to 500 trucks, operated in 38 states, and reached $30 million in revenue.
