Prerequisites
Partner Broker prerequistites:
A “Partner Broker” is a vetted Commercial Business Broker trained in Business Brokering, a member of IBBA, and currently licensed to sell businesses in their state. eXp Commercial Brokers will be given preference as state leads.
Cost
Partner Broker’s Fees:
- No Upfront or Setup Fees (waived)
- No Monthly Fees (Typically $500/mo for 1 user DealBuilder™)
- $50/mo for Pipedrive CRM- (Integrated)
- 1% of Total Success Fees for Use of DealBuilder™ System
- 15% of Total Success Fees for any referral provided by bXb

1. The Valuation
A 3rd party valuation is completed for our Partner Brokers
The Deal Builder team researches the financial information and completes the valuation utilizing available comparable business sales, SWOT Analysis.
2. The Confidential Information Memorandum
CIM (Confidential Information Memorandum)
Partner Brokers, once they have the listing, will collaborate with the business seller to create a compelling "story" specific to the business using the Deal Builders Process. The process is self-guided and online. Final editing can be done by our team.
3. Find the Buyers
Marketing
Posting listings to the major "Business for Sale" sites with 1,000,000's of business buyer subscribers. In-house we have over 3000 registered buyers.
4. Make the deal
Closing
All stakeholders in the transaction are able to collaborate online with the latest information and documents thus helping to provide the best opportunity in closing the deal.
